About My Work
I believe we have collectively entered a new humanitarian age; a collective pilgrimage being driven by a search for meaning. This makes psychotherapy an essential tool for our spiritual becoming in the face of current global trauma and loss.

My work involves helping people rebuild their lives from trauma and crisis which have separated them from a deeper connection to life. This disconnect, whether developmental or catastrophic, often manifests in depression, anxiety, and social isolation from a world which once was whole. In my consulting room, I work to bring the patient home to themselves, not just by providing symptom reduction, but by helping them bridge their despair with a more engaged, self-reflective understanding of their internal world.

I have extensive experience in treating individuals, couples, adolescents, and families suffering from trauma and developmental crisis. Suffering is an inherent part of the human condition. Often one's support systems are enough for the organic resolution of suffering. However, there are times when one's need for psychological and emotional support extends beyond the grasp of the familiar, into the unknown, a place that requires navigation by a specialist like me. There is no shame in reaching out.
